"This property was good and easy enough to use. The beds aren't great, and some things were a little run down seeming, but communication was easy, there was lots of space, and it was nicely situated to walk to downtown or the south congress area. "

The staff was very proactive to help us have the best experience possible at this location. They were very friendly and helpful. The facility is great and in a good location with easy access to all of Austin. Very much reccomend this facility to others. Nice exercise space, good pool and free parking....

We didn't know the towels were in the bottom drawer of the vanity until the last day, so I sign telling where the towels are would be nice. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and almost unusable for me as I have spinal issues. I had to have a few drinks to be able to lie down on it. The check-in and checkout were very easy...
