"We booked this B&B pretty much last minute without checking the reviews but it wouldn't have put us off as everyone and their expectations are different. Our room was pretty big that a kingsize bed would have easily fit in. The bed was comfortable. After a few hours, we realised how thin the walls were as we could hear other guests in their rooms as though they were in ours with us. "We had a lovely stay at this B&B , the host was very welcoming and gave us information on where to go, the room was clean and comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was the best I’ve had and I’ve stayed in a lot of places. I definitely would stay here again. And not forgetting the girl who served breakfast she was lovely "

"Link House is a welcoming beautifully located place to stay. Peter and Katie have created a warm and attentive atmosphere. They have an eye for detail and excel in hosting. The whole house was wonderfully clean, tastefully decorated and comfy. Breakfasts were lovely too! We definitely recommend a stay at Link House if heading to the Keswick area. "

"Very nice hotel, beautiful interior and well kept and clean. Superior room was lovely and very spacious. Nice welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits. Replenished daily and I got extra tea and milk no problem. Beautiful views. Lovely surroundings and a nice play area for children. Nice for walks. Good parking available and it is for electric vehicles too. Food was lovely and great choices for hot and cold continental breakfast. Evening meals are also good and caters for all budgets and a great choice. Our only issue was with rowdy adults who let their children run riot to the early hours of the morning. They were part of a wedding party that were staying and having their function and catering there. I did notify the receptionist on our check out. There had been a few complaints. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. "
