He also said we could leave the car there the next day to explore Bath. Room was comfortable and clean. It was facing a busy road so a little noisy with window open. But we still had a great stay and would recommend. "

"The hotel is a bit tired. The reception had no one there for quite a while. I had to wait to get served. No teabags in room. The hotel could use some decoration. Having a proper coffee machine at breakfast and allowing to make your own toast would help. "

"Comfortable room, easy check in. The only downside was the menu on site was limited and for what food available was pricey for what it was. Also, the cost of diet soft drinks was extortianate with the advice 'not worth it' not really a great customer experience. Some members of the public don't drink or could equally be diabet so diet coke/pepsi etc. being on draught and cheaper than the glass bottle option would be good. "
