"What a great place to stay , you have to go down some small lane to get to it ,but with the main road (A1) running just over 50m away it was very peaceful no road noice . Check in was easy , room very clean , only problem was they are updating the room next door so heating was off but heater was in the room , also workmen didn`t start work until after 9-30 so no problems with noise . "Lovely stay with great staff and service. Really good breakfast. When it says the bed is a double it means a double. Bear that in mind if you are used to a King or Queen sized bed! Would quite happily stay here again"

"I had a great time here and felt like I was at home not in a hotel. It had everything I needed and was close to the beach. They were so friendly and happy to help me find my way around the area. Breakfast was amazing too, so many options. All for a much better price than staying in central Newcastle which is easily reached by the metro a short walk down the road. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed here as it was close to the wedding venue we were attending and didn’t seem too expensive. Easy to find and park park at. Check in was easy and the room was spacious and I was grateful for the kettle and teabags/milk and use of hairdryer and ironing board. The downside was the bars downstairs. We were at the front of the building right above the hotel bar and both Friday and Saturday night I struggled to sleep til the partygoers left at midnight. I had the windows shut and the blinds...
