"Set in the countryside the building is very impressive. There is ample parking but due to the hotels popularity one may have to walk a fair distance to get to the entrance. The entrance hall with its staircase is very impressive. On checking in the friendly receptionist gives you a map so you can find your room. This is a vital document as the route to ones room is a maze. We were upgraded and had a suite on two floors. Arriving late we had dinner in the Atrium. The food was good. The next morning we had breakfast in the Restaurant which was excellent. Prior to leaving we walked round the grounds which every guest should see."

"Staff were very friendly and efficient. Stay was relaxing. Only thing us would have been nice to have hot chocolate in the room for a non tea or coffee drinker."
