"I was upgraded to an ADA room with 3 beds and granted early check in which was very nice gesture. I loved how spacious this room was. It was just 2 of us in the room so we didn't need the extra beds until about 11pm when the people who live upstairs started to make so much noise! "This place is really nice. Really honest and reasonable rates. I left my charger in the room and I called them and asked them if they could look. They called me back within a few hours and told me that they found the charger which I found to be very considerate of them. Some places wouldn't do that but this place didn't. I would say they're amazing. Thank you for a wonderful night and true honesty in San Francisco"
