"The location of the store is terrific and there are nice little touches throughout. We particularly enjoyed the thermal area, restaurant and bar lounge near the reception. The ladder is a great people watching spot. The service was uniformly, super friendly and always helpful. If you are not familiar with Oxford, as we were not, please note that a lot of of the roads around the hotel Are pedestrian only, and Waze did not fully appreciate that. The porter came to our rescue and helped us navigate...

"My partner and I stayed here after using their spa - which in itself made it worth the trip, the spa is lovely - and we stayed for a single night. There is a lot of parking, and it’s free! All the staff were incredibly nice and the breakfast was great quality. It’s a bit on the ‘older’ side and our floor was a little uneven, but the bed was super comfortable and I’d go back in a heartbeat!"
