House is tastefully decorated with great spaces, wonderful light & a big garden/patio as well. We were glad to find a place that had plenty of room and appropriate beds for 8 adults. "We had a ladies friends weekend away in early Nov. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Log burner was fab and ability to have extra check out time for a small fee was worth it. Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. "Great place to stay. Me and the dog loved it. Very quiet (except being on the flight path of RAF Brize Norton). Loved the planes, so it didn't bother me, after the shock of the first one! Beautifully furnished, with an amazing garden and field beyond for the dog. Located close to visit the Cotswold Wildlife Park. Would highly recommend."

"I was disappointed at the cleanliness. It seemed as just the bare minimum was cleaned. There is quite a bit of mold in every window and in the bathroom. The bathroom had cobwebs and multiple spiders. the shower and sink had pink mold as if it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The baseboards and around furniture had thick dust built up. "Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again."
