"We were welcome with an smile, both Juan and Francisco made the arrival and departure a pleasure. Excellent customer service, polite and courtesy. Angela and Brian at the buffet were prompt to help us with coffee, juice and everything else. Our concierge Karina was extremely helpful attending to all our needs including finding a taxi for us to take us to the airport. She was professional, courteous and always smiling. She made our visit a breeze and would come back soon."

Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience remains pleasant, especially if you're looking for a laid-back, beach-centered vacation."
