"Very nice check-in staff. Spacious, clean comfortable room and beds. Wonderful swimming pool and hot tub. Close to historical downtown. A great breakfast that is available early at 6:30 for us early risers. Coffee in room and available 24/7 in lobby. We love staying at Apple Tree Inn when we visit Petoskey ."

"The front desk was informative on issue with hot water and made sure to get room with no issue. Bed was comfortable and made it easy to relax with some tv I don't get at home. Shower felt good in morning..breakfast nook had quite a selection...not sure bout any hot selections cept for coffee."

"It's been my go-to property anytime I stay in the Petoskey area. Aside from the clean and safe environment, the front desk staff and housekeeping staff are great. Sarah is the best at check in/out. I checked in very late Friday and a new employee was working. She was very cordial and professional and helpful... a good person to interact with after hours and hours of travel."

"I've stayed here many times with no issues. Staff is friendly. Price wise it can't be beat. One drawback is no elevator for access to the 2nd floor if you are in need of that. Very clean. Little things like lamps or a clock don't have the USB adaptors that could be upgraded. "

"The hotel is amazing! Such a cool location. It’s beautiful, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived after skiing. We had considered eating somewhere else in town but ended up staying and having dinner and drinks at the Noggin Room. The beds were so comfortable!! We were also given a free breakfast and it was also delicious. Love this place!"
