"Excellent location in the tourist town. We were there late fall I’m sure it’s swamped in the summer. Building is a bit rundown door locks do not work. And there is a bit of mold. We only stayed one night. "

"Another good stay and the now Baymont Petoskey, previously the @Michigan Inn. Convenient for a ski weekend with easy lower level access to your gear, great hot breakfast opebs, and located between all the skiing and food options. Looking forward to returning next year!"

"Beautifully decorated and spacious. Comfortable for 6 adults. Hot tub was ready to go @ 103 degrees. Fireplace was great. Guest relations were helpful and responsive. They had everything we needed. Toilet paper holders didn’t work the dishwasher needs to be fastened to the countertop and the soap dispenser is broke. The window in the living room doesn’t close so drafty. Front bedroom could use a space heater "

"2-ply TP would be nice. In-room, or even on-floor, coffee would have been appreciated. There was no in-room temperature adjustment capability, no microwave, and no TV in the room. The room was quiet. The bed mattress was "hilly". There were sufficient bedside power outlets. The sitting area chairs were quite comfortable. Lighting was good. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub was nice."

"We enjoyed our time in the Petoskey area. The house was ideally situated in a rural setting but within a mile or so of big box hardware, grocery, and home goods stores as well as a wide range of dining options. Just a few miles from downtown Petoskey, several Lake Michigan beaches, wineries/cideries, and more. "

"Cute, quirky property; the perfect home base for a long weekend of Boyne skiing! Everything about the house looked and felt brand new, like a boutique hotel. We cooked two dinners in the well-appointed kitchen. A ten minute drive to Nubs and Highlands, even closer to shopping and dining in Petoskey. We would definitely stay here again! "

Great rental with a fantastic owner

"We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin in Petoskey. It was conveniently located from the ski resorts we were hitting and the amenities this place offered were endless. The polished petoskey stones were a great touch that all the guests enjoyed getting their hands on. The owner is extremely nice and willing to go above and beyond what is expected from an owner. Will be coming again!"
