"Good location with nice bars and restaurants nearby. Walkable to city centre and Leith town centre but also lots of transport options. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean enough but there were areas in the shower that need re-sealing and the shower floor was chipped in one area. Plenty of toilet roll provided though! Room was always lovely and warm which was nice considering how cold it was outside. Bed was also comfy"
