"One of the best hostels we have stayed in. We had a private room, which was large and we had plenty of room. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic, in the middle of the city centre. Unfortunately, it is an old building and sound travels around it. Our room was next to a door and we could hear it banging closed all night as others moved around the hostel. The hostel does supply free ear plugs, which helped somewhat. "It had a very lively atmosphere. Staff was very amazing and friendly helped us find best local places for food. Night was the best part of this place as they organized Karaoke and chill night which made it easy to interact with people and have fun. Even though we were party of 5, making new connections is always fun. The room and toilets were very clean. If I visit Edinburgh again this would be my stay to place. "

"Me and my girlfriend stayed here for the Slipknot concert and it was a really enjoyable stay :) very homely and the area its in is very nice and pretty quiet overall. Staff were friendly and up for a chat, free coffee and filtered water at the front desk made the mornings very relaxed. Rooms give you all you need but nothing more, can't really complain with that. Overall we both found ourselves agreeing that we would stay again if the opportunity arised."

"The staff were great. The place was a very close walk to the tram , which was amazing for getting around the city. The place was clean and the building felt secure. "The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...
