"We loved this hidden gem. Property grounds were beautiful with the kindest staff. Apartment was perfect but bedrooms are all upstairs if you have mobility issues. There is small couch downstairs. Buffet breakfast was very good. "

"The room was beautiful and cosy. My husbands lived in Hamburg in the past and he really loved the view of the Speicherstadt from our room. The super comfy beds were a treat too. Only downsides are it’s a bit further from the town centre and ubahn which we knew at the time of booking so we walked to most places. "Lovely stay at the Sachsenwald hotel! Wilma, the employee on duty checking us in was very kind, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and well organized. Their coffee is outstanding. Nice upgrade to a suite with amazing bathtub. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!"

"Hotel location was great and it was quite comfortable. Easy access to everything and walkable distance to the Rathaus area. My only issue was that the fridge didn't work and it was also set up to only be able to fit their bottles, and not your own items that needed refrigeration. "
