"The hotel was ok, rooms were fine, breakfast was good, friendly staff. It's a little bit away from the main tourist sights (20-30 mins walk). It is a very basic hotel though, e.g. no water in the room, not even a cup or glass to drink tap water or brush your teeth. I thought it was fairly expensive for the type of hotel it was. But there is nothing wrong with it, it's fine, comfortable, no issues."

It is in the station area which is convenient but more could be done to make the entrance feel more welcoming and secure. Carpeting should be removed as it is not fresh. "Room was small, but cleverly designed to make the most of it, and at a reasonable price. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Front desk clerk was quite personable and helpful. Room service came every day and did a good job. There are several good restaurants as well as a Aldi grocery store close by. Downtown (St. Pauli docks, eg) Hamburg is a straight shot on the subway, which is an easy two block walk away. Free parking. Breakfast was average for 10 euros or so per person."

The hotel and room are basic and the area outside isn’t the most inviting BUT it is very clean and well kept inside and the staff do everything to make you feel at home. It was a little hot in my room so I asked for a fan and it was provided. Overall a simple but clean and functional stay. Thank you!"
