"Just checked out of the hotel today. Good- hotel is clean, bed comfortable and friendly staff. Sone are not. They provide taxi voucher so u pay €15 to go to city center and we used it too to go to the train station. The bad- it is far from the city and far from any bus stop or train. So if u don’t bike or have your own car you have to take taxi everywhere. Wifi connection was non existent in our room!!! They didn’t wash or change our coffee cups everyday"

"My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in Luxury Room with a View. My room was #130, hers #140. The hotel location is fantastic! The reception staff was so very kind on every occasion when we had questions to ask them.They also sold us the Ghent Card which gave us entrances to various tourist attractions and public transportation in Ghent. "Beautifully clean, great size for family of 4 - one bedroom and one lounge with sofa, two single beds and kitchenette. About 25 min walk to main sightseeing places in Ghent. Nice breakfast "
