"Property was very nice and clean. Just 3 cabins on site so a small establishment. The owner/manger seemed nice. There were pastries etc for breakfast but we had bagels with us which we toasted in the toaster in the cabin and had with some nice hot coffee. The roon was mostly well appointed. The bed was a bit soft for us but others may like it. Best part is you can walk to the lighthouse which makes great sense during sunset times. "

"The listing said there were 2 king beds and only in the detailed description did it say a king and a queen which was a disappointment . The indoor fireplace wasn’t usable either. Otherwise, it was a lovely home with beautiful furnishings and a fantastic outdoor space. We loved the heated floors too!"

"Harborside Cottage was amazing! We had to change plans for our honeymoon on short notice and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Not only was the property available on short notice but it was spacious, clean, stylish, and very homey with a great waterfront view. It felt like our home away from home. "I truly wish I could have stayed longer. It is a peaceful setting, especially in the mornings at sunrise. We toured Acadia, Bar Harbor, Southwest, and Northeast Harbors. FYI not much was open the last week in October. The house is spotless and well-appointed. The owner provides quality linens, towels, cookware, grill, and grilling tools. Bring your own Shampoo though. The twin room has a TV which we did not use. The King room does not, but it really didn't matter. We watched TV in the living...
