"Ok place to stay with a small kitchenette, close to the train station & shops, and food places that are open relatively later during the evening. Note: there is no reception deck. You have to connect through emails/ calls. The same code is used to enter the building, your room, and other sections. The issue is that one is supposed to get code a day in advance, which has not worked well for 2 times I have stayed here. "Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. "Not going to lie it was difficult to find and 3pm check in is to late, they let me check in early but if they hadn't it would have ruined my trip, found it hard to heat the place up!"

"My friends and I loved this apartment, and having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and a great location with a tram stop close by to get anywhere you’d like to go in Basel. There is a grocery store in close walking distance and we felt safe and secure in the building. It was wonder to return to the peaceful setting of the apartment after the fun intensity of the Fasnacht celebrations. Highly recommended, and the host was very responsive to questions."

"We had a great stay at this place in Basel! The apartment had everything we needed—clean, comfortable, and super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The host also provided tram passes, which made getting around the city really easy.She did a detailed walk-through when we arrived, which was helpful. "Average accommodation. Specifically booked as it said parking available. True but 300 yards away in a multi story! Also was a nightmare to find by car. Inaccessible in actual fact. Air con didn't work either. No duvet for sofa bed. Got glass in foot in the kitchenette. And thought Basel very expensive and average. All in all, a rather forgetable experience. "

"Great flexibility for eating in or eating out, good location on quieter street but easy to walk to everything, transport links, grocery stores close by to stock up the fridge, nice walls by the river. Linen and towels clean and fresh. Kitchen reasonably stocked. Found kettle in cupboard which is essential for us brits. Only downside is we couldn't adjust the air con below 22 degrees which was a little too warm at night but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay again if we go back to...

"The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk was super helpful…. The breakfast was great. The one negative was the shower stall. I do expect to take a show without hurting myself. The stall was simply too small, I can’t turn around without turn off or turning the water too hot. It was smaller than the ones on cruise ships. Worst of all, the shower was very slippery and I almost fell. I heard the same complaint from our friends. This has to be addressed. Overall it was a very nice hotel and it would be excellent if they fix e shower issue. "
