Note because you are right on town, this is not a quiet location- definitely has noise late at night and early in the morning. Parking is about 5 minutes walk away, but easy to use. "

"Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. But it invited some bugs too.. and noise of trams& cars passing by. Extra towels would have been helpful, we had to wash...

"We loved staying in Andrea and Rolf’s apartment. They were so friendly before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The garden was amazing, such a great space for enjoying the pool and outside dining area. We found the location fine for travelling to the beautiful Black Forest sights and attractions."

"Die Wohnung war von innen völlig in Ordnung - Möbel , Bodenbeläge, sonstige Einrichtung waren okay ! Die Lage war halt direkt an der Ortsdurchfahrt - der sehr kleine Balkon lag quasi fast über dieser ! Anhand der Bilder hatten wir das halt nicht erwartet ! Das Haus sah von außen verboten aus - rund herum Unkraut und Müll !! Auf keinen Fall nochmal !!!!!"

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat problemlos auch kurzfristig geklappt, eine Anreise außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten ging ohne Probleme. "Lovely apartment on the ground floor. Good base for visiting the Black Forest. Just wish we had spent more time in the area. Carolin great in communicating with us and available when needed. "We spent a magical Thanksgiving holiday here. The home is very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space for large families or a big group of friends. The location is in a beautiful part of the Black Forest with stunning views, hiking trails and outdoor activities close by. Stefanie and Dominik are wonderful hosts and kept great communication. "Our apartment was definitely a lot more dated than the one shown in the Hotels.com pictures, so that’s a bit misleading. Second room with the bunk bed actually had no window for example. However, for an overnight stop to accommodate five people I think the ResidHotel still offers good value. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lad at reception could not have been more helpful, and the location is pretty good. We also used their secure onsite parking. "
