"Had an excellent 4 night stay at the West Cliff. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice. The Spa are downstairs was also very good. Would definitely stay here again."

The staff are friendly polite and the breakfast was great! The lady this morning was absolutely brilliant, caring and asked if we needed anything else. "Stayed in room no1 and although I knew the bed was on another level I had not realised it was on another floor. With corkscrew stairs to get there. Not ones to use if you were drunk. I would recommend leaving your case down stairs as there is a wardrobe there and awkward carrying a case up those stairs. Loved the room though. "
