Being a single woman with some physical limitations (especially after a long trip) it would have been wonderful to have someone assist in unloading luggage and delivering to room. I would also like to give a special thank you to the bar tenders on 2nd floor and the restaurant staff on 1st floor with their help in coordinating brunch for a large family group! "
