"Lovely, elegant hotel near Central Station. Great bed & pillows ( I normally struggle with hotel pillows). Huge shower. Excellent breakfast if required. Wonderful old style bar nestled at the back of the hotel."

"From the minute, I arrived, the staff were very engaged, helpful and supportive. The taxi driver would not take a credit card for payment, which has never happened to me in Germany and the concierge didn’t miss a beat and just went out and paid for it so I could get settled into my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the people, the location in the overall layout of the hotel. "
