"Just as described in VRBO listing. Property manager responded in a timely manner to our messages. Some closet shelves were on the floor, but not a big issue as we still had plenty of storage for our week here. One bedroom (or was it two) didn’t have closets, but we only needed three bedrooms, so it wasn’t an issue for our stay. Great location…walkable to groceries, bars and restaurants. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan and T-mobile district. Would stay here again!"

"This is in one of the best gated communities in Puerto Rico. The unit itself is about an 8-minute drive from the main entrance and the scenery along the way confirms you've picked the right place to stay. Once at the unit everything was exactly as the pictures showed, very clean, and organized. If you feel like a relaxing walk on the beach, you're on a private beach not even a 1-minute walk away right across the unit. "We decided to take a little vacation while visiting family in Puerto Rico. Casa Rustica was a perfect choice for us and our two teenagers. The owners communication was diligent and their instructions on how to get there, how to access the house features and checkout instructions were spot on. Location was great as we were 10 mins walking distance from the beach plus we enjoyed the property's pool. Gate security for the complex added a safety feature plus Palmas del Mar had several restaurants...

"This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....
