"We enjoyed our stay here. The property needs some TLC, but they’re trying to improve it. The jackhammer during the day was not desirable, but it’s understandable that they were trying to get it done in the off season. The dining options were pricey. Overall they staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay."

"Loved the property, easy access to the beach, and walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Close to Old San Juan with a short Uber ride. Great housekeeping service. Several pools however we did not use them as we spent hours on the beach. "

"We had an incredible past couple of days at mont carpe diem. Words cannot adequately describe the beauty and tranquility of this property and the kindness of yohandra and Pedro. Every meal by chef ema was amazing. All in all, this place is magical. "

"Overall we had a nice stay. Family friendly. Sandy beach. The main issue that we experienced was construction noise ( drilling) Monday to Friday between 10am to approximately 3pm. We wasn't planned to stay in room too much but during the rainy days there is not much options where you can go with little one. "

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking around at night, especially with the lively atmosphere created by the Christmas festival. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Miguel for being attentive throughout my stay. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making my experience even better."

"This hotel is perfectly situated in Old San Juan within walking distance to many things, including the cruise port. The amenities (tubs/hot tubs) were perfect for relaxing after a long day of site seeing and the views are spectacular! I suggest bringing a sound machine as the walls are very thin, and the roads are very trafficked so it was hard to sleep. It was a great experience for one night, but grateful we didn't spend more than one night there due to the lack of sleep. "
