"We booked this property for 2 days stay. Unfortunately, our flight delayed for one day, and then arrived late night when the office was closed. The Art Suites team was very helpful. Clara assured us someone would be there and Mojo came gave us the key. They also kindly moved our reservation one day late, so we did not have to find another hotel. We really appreciate their help. "I had an accident right before check-in. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. No English but they were able to communicate using Google translate. They did everything to make me as comfortable as possible. "

We notified Art Suites when we got in a taxi from the airport and when we arrived at the apt., but had to wait 20 min. to be let in. The key system was a little confusing. The furniture was worn, the outlet for kitchen appliances did not work, the jets in the spa tub did not work. Overall, it was fine, Good value for the price."
