"Property is in a great location with many restaurants and shops within steps of it. Hotel room itself was nice but felt older and dated decor wise. Pillows were very soft. Air conditioner was a bit loud and windows had a weird shutter it from of them preventing me to see outside. Room has a large shower-bathtub, toilet and bidet. "The hotel was good. Very comfortable and good location. The only bad point was it is very noisy. The front door slams like a cannon going off, the stairs are very noisy and guests in rooms above could easily wake you up by walking around. Often guests that checked in late at night some times until 3am woke us up every hour. "

"This is a tourist trap. Pictures do not represent the conditions of the proprty. I was received by a staff member that had no problem yelling at me. Beds were not made, blankets were filthy so was the bathroom. During the check-in we were told silverware and diningware was no available, despite it is announced as an ammenity. We booked a triple room and were received with an 8 bunk bed dormitory. We did not stay, and had to book a last-minute expensive room somewhere else. "
