"This hotel is in a great location for us first time visitors to Buenos Aires, a couple of blocks from Recoleta Cemetery and the meeting place for many tours. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful with advice and arrangements for taxis, around town, and for reliable transport to the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. "This is a tourist trap. Pictures do not represent the conditions of the proprty. I was received by a staff member that had no problem yelling at me. Beds were not made, blankets were filthy so was the bathroom. During the check-in we were told silverware and diningware was no available, despite it is announced as an ammenity. We booked a triple room and were received with an 8 bunk bed dormitory. We did not stay, and had to book a last-minute expensive room somewhere else. "

"There was no window in the first room or working air vent in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit didn't work... so it was stuffy and awful. The door and most of the front wall are single pained glass onto a hallway. So, no real privacy and you can hear everyone that walks by. They told me maintenance would come tomorrow to fix the A/C. When no one came, they moved me to a new room (this time with a window). Then the power went out for hours. So, I booked another hotel and walked out. ...

"Perfect location! Amazingly friendly staff! Rooms were clean, modern, always thoroughly turned over. Room descriptions and pictures are accurately depicted. All pictures of the property pictures are exactly as described. Gym and spa are wonderful and breakfast is as good as any confitería. As an Argentinian, I would recommend this hotel to anyone! "
