When we arrived early, jet lagged from our flight from the US, they were able to prepare our room early so that we could rest. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The view was absolutely unreal, a picture-perfect setting that I couldn’t get enough of. The location is also fantastic, close to some amazing attractions while still offering a peaceful and luxurious retreat. The room was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and so comfortable that it felt like a home away from home. As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated how warm and attentive the staff were, ensuring I had the best possible experience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! "We will stay here again. We were surprised at all the abandoned buildings covered in graffiti. It made us feel unsafe. Although we will stay here again if it is a quick trip to Lisbon. We stayed in Madeira Island for 10 days but came over to Lisbon for the Portugal vs Denmark game so only needed a quick stay near the airport for 2 nights. It was perfect for that. Hotel itself is very clean, nice complimentary breakfast, staff were very very helpful and accommodating. We were safe, we didn't leave the hotel and walk in the area."
