"Lovely cottage in an excellent location with shops and eateries just a short walk away. The cottage has all the comforts of home, splendid views and was warm and cosy. What more could you want?"

"We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! "

"A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. "

"We arrived on New Years Eve to find the large open area of the barn, warm and welcoming. Everything was exactly as expected, if not more. The accommodation has everything you would ever need to make your stay very pleasant. Sue was also very helpful with answers to my questions on the lead up, which also helped set our expectations. Overall a very chilled and relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life."

"The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"We were a little disappointed as we weren’t overlooking river which we obviously misread. The beds were excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Our dog loved the garden. Nick the owner is brilliant and dealt with a shower problem promptly and was available to ask questions. Would definitely recommend"

Aesthetically pleasing bedroom design with King Size Bed (Can split into two singles if required - please give us 24-hour notice to make sure we can bring the correct amount of linen for all beds)

"Wonderful house with exceptional facilities located in a gorgeous setting - overlooking the park and a hop skip and a jump from all that Norwich has to offer and it is truly a gem of a city. Absolutely loved my visit and hosts were truly exceptional. Can’t recommend highly enough."

"The house is very big and very comfortable. It is ideally located to be able to visit the local area and wider Norfolk easily without any journey being too long. Having visited in December we didn't get to enjoy all of the facilities it has to offer but can imagine that in the summer months it must be fantastic to have use of the small garden & terrace. It was perfect for our needs travelling with teenagers and grandparents and we would definitely return."

A lovely lit patio patio area to enjoy a drink on warm summers night.

"My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back....
