"A nice cottage in a perfect location for strolling into Holt. Parking very good. Excellent dog walking area within 200 yards of the cottage at Spout Hill wildlife area. The cottage is tucked right in the corner at the end of the row, so gets no one walking past, and has a fairly private patio area for when it isn't quite so cold. "Loved the property and the living area and kitchen are bigger than they look in the photos, especially the living area. The location is close to a lot of lovely places to visit. The only issue I could see is the parking and I think this should be mentioned in the listing. We have a Qashqai and struggled to get the car far enough off the road to be safe without going into the ditch although it was very wet weather and the verge was very muddy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more than one car...
