"Location, room, amenities, service all great. A microwave in room could help, however, I knew there wasn’t one before I booked. The only issue I had was parking. (And it was made very clear to me the valet service had “nothing” to do with the hotel. The messaging app works fine, I think it’s more the customers. People call for their car, then don’t leave the room. There is only room for about 5 cars, if you don’t come get your car in a timely fashion you block everyone from getting out. I haven’t come up with a solution yet. Working on it! :)"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a mountain view room and the room did not disappoint with a microwave and tall mini refrigerator. The room was also spacious for two people. The bed/ pillows were comfortable and most importantly, the shower water pressure was great! The side entrance doors (near the parking lot) are locked after 6p, which I found very safe, so not anyone can just come in. The gym, we didn't use, but it had an elliptical, treadmill and a selection of free weights. The outdoor swimming pool is currently being renovated. They didn't have coffee on arrival in the lobby but they had tea/ hot chocolate. The complimentary coffee was fresh in the morning in the lobby. The only irritating thing about the hotel was that the housekeeping knocking frequently before our 11am checkout to see if we had left our room. Both times, I had told her we are not ready and she was sorry for the interruption. The first time, she unlocked herself and was about to walk in when I walked up in time to tell her we were not ready to leave yet. Having said that, we will come and stay again. This hotel had everything we needed for our stay. "

"It was a convenient location for West Asheville. Shower was unique with a half glass wall and no shower door. Very nice staff and good breakfast. Wonder if parking will be a problem after more stores open in the shopping plaza."

"We did a 2 night little family getaway and this place was perfect for it! Clean, good space, pool was nice, breakfast was good for free. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient if you are going to the Biltmore. We were there April 21, 22, 23, 2025 on Wednesday the front desk was not covered from 5:30 am to 6:45 am. We were hoping to get an early start getting some laundry done and needed quarters and detergent. Breakfast was very good."
