"This property is clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. Everything you need and nothing that you don't. There is no kitchen but they do have a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave, and a plastic tub in the bathroom for washing dishes. The screened porch is a nice spot for relaxing without bugs. The only downside is that if you like to sleep late in the morning, the upstairs can be loud with people walking around. If you're just looking for a place to sleep while you're in Black...

I was unaware when I booked, but there was a music festival the same weekend, and the only negative to the place is lack of a dedicated parking spot."

"We had a wonderful stay in downtown Black Mountain in this spacious one-bedroom. Very clean and minimalist design. As others have said, you can do and see a lot without the use of your car. It does get loud at nite but we did have our windows open because of the warm weather."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Arrival was smooth and communication ahead of our visit was proactive. The location was convenient to the attractions of Black Mountain. We especially liked the kitchen amenities for doing some cooking at home and having a washer and drier was awesome. Consider the weather during your visit as the unit is not air conditioned. We had warm temperatures during our July stay but stayed comfortable with the fans provided."

"This was the perfect location for my work commute, offering all the essentials of home! The walk-in closet was an added bonus, as well as having a washer and dryer conveniently within the suite! The location is quiet, and yet just blocks away from downtown Black Mountain restaurants and shopping for anyone wanting to explore the local area further. Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat....
