"Everything was great about our stay from check in to check out. Very cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the porch swing and beautiful sunflowers. Mary Beth and Tim were available for anything we needed. Very close to downtown Black Mountain. We loved the small town feeling. Very close to blue ridge parkway, chimney rock and lake lure! "I have been looking for a small, quiet, affordable place to stay when visiting my daughter at Montreat College. Everything was perfect for me. No TV, but sometimes you just need to turn off the electronics and enjoy a great book. Great restaurants in town and so easy to bring left overs back to heat up later. Definitely will be back."

"Loved the location and size of this one bedroom apt with kitchen. The apartment was clean and crisp above a storefront on a Main Street in Black Mountain. I was unaware when I booked, but there was a music festival the same weekend, and the only negative to the place is lack of a dedicated parking spot."

"We had a wonderful stay in downtown Black Mountain in this spacious one-bedroom. Very clean and minimalist design. As others have said, you can do and see a lot without the use of your car. It does get loud at nite but we did have our windows open because of the warm weather."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Arrival was smooth and communication ahead of our visit was proactive. The location was convenient to the attractions of Black Mountain. We especially liked the kitchen amenities for doing some cooking at home and having a washer and drier was awesome. Consider the weather during your visit as the unit is not air conditioned. We had warm temperatures during our July stay but stayed comfortable with the fans provided."

"We (a party of 14, ages ranging from 10 to 86 years old) enjoyed our NYE stay on Black Mountain. Place was super clean and so roomy! Kitchens had everything we needed. Kelley was a great host and answered all our questions before and while we were there! My parents are still talking about how perfect the house was! I will say the driveway is very steep. Most of the vehicles were unable to make the climb up the drive. Luckily the road isn't busy so we parked below and walked up. ...
