"We were unaware there was a charge for parking At the hotel until checkout. We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed for two days during our stay. The Caboose staff seemed poorly trained as he was unaware of drinks listed on the menu and where to find ingredients. He also had difficulty charging it to our room with the computer. Upon arrival, Cory’s assistance, orientation and welcome was exceptional. "

"There was several issues with cleanliness for us but management was very good about it. The first room had mattress issue so they gave us a different room! Second room I got out of the shower and reached for a towel to dry off and the towel was so dirty I almost gagged. I showed management a picture and they said they were going to get with 3rd party to get us a refund. We’ll see what happens. "

"The place gives it a bed and breakfast vibes that is close to downtown. Love the rocking chairs and porch swing, greeted by the cute fur babies that lives there. The love the access to share the kitchen, laundry area and bathrooms...the parking lot has an incline hill so if you ride a motorcycle, please be aware of the surroundings , i have dropped my motorcycle, had help to get it up. Not the end of the world. Definitely love this place and will book again when i visit."
