"My husband, 13 year old daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights in July 2019. The host was extremely nice and helpful! The hotel is newly remodeled and very beautiful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice. The hotel is perfectly located just steps from the center of town and the lake. Breakfast was included at a local restaurant and was absolutely delicious!! I would highly recommend this hotel!!"

Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. "We had a truly wonderful time with Francesco. This place is huge! So much incredible outdoor and indoor space. A fully stocked kitchen, nice little pool, fig trees and more. It's about 10 mins drive from both Bardolino and Garda, so it makes having a car a must. Most of the best restaurants are away from the water, so it was nice to be where we were. The place is very rustic. Don't expect the fanciest appliances but it has everything you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
