"Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Anlage und der Pool ist neu. Die große Terrasse ist nach hinten versetzt und deswegen sogar bei Regenwetter nutzbar. Bei Sonne spendet sie schönen Schatten. CheckIn-/out funktioniert auch ziemlich unkompliziert. Das Anwesen ist auf einem größeren Gelände mit nur 2 Einheiten. "Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "We had a truly wonderful time with Francesco. This place is huge! So much incredible outdoor and indoor space. A fully stocked kitchen, nice little pool, fig trees and more. It's about 10 mins drive from both Bardolino and Garda, so it makes having a car a must. Most of the best restaurants are away from the water, so it was nice to be where we were. The place is very rustic. Don't expect the fanciest appliances but it has everything you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
