Excellent base to explore Barcelona
A lovely and well equipped apartment, within easy walking distance of Casa Battlo, La Pedrera and reasonable walking distance of Parc Güell (25 mins) and Sagrada Familia (20 mins). Comfortably sleeps 5, we originally booked for 4 and was joined last minute by another family member, the host did not charge any extra and was very prompt in communications.

Nice spot close to the Gothic Quarter. Mariam was very helpful when oir flight was delayed. Check-in was good and the apartment had everything we needed!

Unassuming outside entrance, but very nice apartment close enough to the action of Barcelona city, but still quiet enough for sleeping. Miriam was very accommodating when we had a glitch in our plans due to COVID. It was nice to have the space to spread out instead of just a hotel room

Roomy and bright the apartment had good facilities and the area was pleasant , family friendly and has shops nearby. It was a 10 minute walk to a metro but buses were closer. The area was a bit noisey but that is the vibrancy of life in Barcelona. You don't go to Barcelona for a quiet holiday.

We liked the location and check-in. Wethought the property was OK What we didn’t like was the fact there were lot of bugs gnats and crawlers in the apartment and that it could have been a lot cleaner.

Apartment was extremely dirty. Hairs and stains on beds, walls and furniture. You could see the outlines of a body on the master bed so along with the smell of it makes me believe that they did the bed but didn’t change the sheets. The shower floor was also stained. Towels were brown so you couldn’t tell if they had stains or not (we had to throw them in the washer because of the smell). Decided to not stay out of how disappointing the place was. Nothing like the pictures and it’s also disappointing that a major company like Expedia has these kind of properties listed. Still waiting on my refund.

all in all, the stay was ok but the check in was really terrible, there is no one to greet you or meet you, we waited for five hours with my children and all our bags, we were promised that we can put our bags and wait till the apartment is ready but a very rude guy answered the number which was given to me and said that he can do nothing for me and that it is my problem and to deal with it. unfortunately I did not get his name.
