"The property needs serious physical upgrades. There were tears in the carpets in the hallways, and cracks in the marble in the bathrooms. A travel companion had noise problems with the air conditioning unit in the room, and a light in the closet in my particular room malfunctioned and stayed on all night. The staff was really wonderful, accommodating, and kind. The location is wonderful and I felt very safe in the neighborhood."
