"The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to help as long as you could find them. When i arrived I couldnt find the front desk attendant who was in a back room and there was no sign or bell to ring to alert her of my presence. Another guest had been waiting for 10 minutes. Someone in the lobby, who had been visisting with others went and knocked on the office door when she realized we were waiting for help. It would be great to put some sort of call button out. "Check-in was fast and easy. My room was very clean. Safe neighborhood. Good location, close to the 217 and the 26 freeways. There is a steakhouse and bar on site, very good food and friendly staff. "

Nice place to be

"It was great. Staff was very accommodating, they offered me the option to change my suite for a better one. Also, they proposed to give me water. Then, I went to free drink evenings at 5:30. Again, the staff was more than generous. I slept like a baby because the bed was comfortable. I like the place. I will book it again for my next trip."

"All of the staff were helpful and very nice. One person in particular was the day shift shuttle driver. I did not get his name but hee was originally from Vietnam. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we new where to go in the airport and how we should contact the hotel for return shuttle. "
