"This was a last minute booking for a quick escape from the bitter cold and it was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to go out of their way to help. The food at the main buffet was great. Lots of options including a large amount of healthier options. I am dairy free and had no problem finding things to eat. "We knew nothing about this resort. We booked it because we got a great deal on Expedia. This is an amazing resort. It’s at the end of the beach so you don’t have anyone walking by. You’re right next to Mambo Beach Boulevard, which is a large dining and entertainment complex. The resort itself has three or four restaurants."

"I keep returning Not near the beach but the provided shuttle worked fine for me Few times I walked to and from the beach It is about 40 minutes away from Mambo beach. "This hotel is definitely overlooked , I have a penthouse suite apartment. I felt safe , comfortable. Staff was amazing I like how they keep the front gate closed at night with two security’s onsite. Downtown you can really walk. I felt really safe I was on a solo trip but I had no worries in this hotel . Room was not bad at all ! Pool area was clean."
