As a 61 year old woman traveling by herself in Seoul they were so helpful in helping me get around by myself and ensuring I had a taxi for me to return back to the hotel. The only comment I would give is that the room acoustic is not up to standard as we can hear traffic from the windows even the windows are closed. "We had a great time at this place. Check in/out were super easy. The unit is big enough for a group of 4. The massage chair was everyone's favorite.
