"This hotel was definitely one of the weirdest I stayed at. The villas were huge and very interesting and the pool was excellent to spent time at during our pre-departure day. It felt abandoned though and we saw very few people. There is nothing to do outside of the compound so I don't recommend this for your stay in Bangkok. "This hotel is attached to the airport so it was great for an early morning departure flight. Bed was very comfy so we got a good night sleep. Also, concierge was great. I has lost an item at another hotel and was able to have it delivered and held for me. The Hyatt just took it over so I am sure they will spruce it up a bit. "A few hiccups on arrival, we typically responded like first time farang 💀 The staff couldn’t do enough to welcome us and ensure that any hiccup was solved. The property is in need of a little TLC, a coat of fresh paint only. After a very amazing sleep in the comfortable bed, we decided to stay again.
