"We had a lovely, big and airy room. The king bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food, particularly the breakfast, was excellent. There were problems, however. On our first day the plumber was in and out of the bathroom as there were water problems. Later the room went cold (the plumber had switched off the heating and left it off).
