"It has nice ocean views and the property was well maintained and very clean. The property manager only communicated when she wanted funds because of a late check in (we were going to pay cash on arrival). Once the funds were received we had to reach out multiple times while flying all day to obtain check in details. Upon arrival we had to leave sensitive information on a desk and weren’t able to ask about late check out. There was no one around except the cleaning staff. "

"Kind people operating it. The property has a great view to the Pico Mountain, there are multiple houses lined up on a small street. It's a very peaceful vibe.
