"Really friendly staff, Miguel was particularly helpful. Comfortable room with good breakfast. Complimentary tea was available in the Reception area during our stay, which was much appreciated. Walking distance from shops. Parking can be a bit tricky, but perhaps they have additional spaces we were not aware of"

"Fantastic location with rooms dotted around the garden. Our room was spacious, comfortable and simply furnished with an outside porch with seating area and access to the beach. There was also a kettle in the room! Would highly recommend the restaurant which is reasonably priced, popular with locals and serves with excellent food. We were there in March and had fortunately booked a table, because the restaurant was pretty full."

"Nice for hiking right from the property, only 1.5 hr to Magdalena through vineyards and along the ocean shore. Good restaurants in Magdalena. 8 min by car. Amazing view of Mt. Pico. Very quiet. "

"Nice area to sit outside, well stocked kitchen, each room has a cabinet for items, basket of fruit from owner’s garden and lovely cake was on one of the tables for guests to enjoy. Diana works very hard keeping the place clean and is always available if have any questions. Short walk to two excellent local restaurants, small but well stocked supermarket and the Trilho Ecologico da Urzelina (TEU), a beautiful 3 KM coast path. "
