"I had a great stay at this homestay! They provided towels and a bottle of water, and breakfast was decent and included in the price. The staff were very helpful, they arranged a motorbike rental for 150K VND per day and gave great recommendations on things to do and places to visit. The only downside was the cold room, as there was no heating.l and it is bit like big wooden tent. "This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"Locatie is super. Kamers zien er nieuw uit en de bedden slapen echt heerlijk. Badkamer is super klein, tijdens het douchen sta je tegen d wc aan. Kamer was niet schoon, zaten koffie vlekken op de grond er er lag nog een gebruikte handdoek in de badkamerkast. "I was reluctant to choose this stay first becuase the price was unbelievably cheap for me. But it was lucky to stay Thanh homestay, everything was satisfactory. A view of mountain, kindness of hostess(she is good at cooking and english both) and lovely two kids were especially strong point of this homestay. The facilities are not like those in top tier hotel, but remember it is best price for the value. I strongly recommend you to stay here. You can ask local tour guide for trecking and dinner...

"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. "With so many hotel options in SaPa, this little gem sits in the heart of the city. Its location is prime for walking to fantastic restaurants nearby. The breakfast is awesome, and Tom the host at breakfast, became our local tour guide for two days to Cat Cat Village and to the top of Fansipan. I highly recommend this hotel in SaPa!"

"This resort was beautifully situated in the hills. Although futher away from the busy city center, it was a perfect place to retreat. All of the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. One of the staff, Quy, carted us to and from our room and gave recommendations as to where to go and various food options. The breakfast options varied but were all very tasty. We loved our stay at this property and highly recommend it. "

"It was very nice and comfortable stay. All the staff were so nice, although the check in and check out process could have been faster. Cleaning ladies were good as well, every night desert delivery was so sweet too. Bathroom was nice, but I think it stinks sometimes... Pool needs heating though seriously. "
