Quality of service in the restaurant was very inconsistent, enthusiasm of the friendly staff could not compensate for lack of training and poor service management. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. "We booked this resort on Valentines 2019. A total of 6 rooms with 13 of us for two night. We got there almost midnight on Feb 13th. We’re notice, no one stay at this place only us. This place is completely haunted. Three of the room got haunted on first night. The second night, on of our friend got possessed by ghost. Only one hotel staff, at night time for the whole place.
