"Perfect location for being around Gatlinburg, nice and quiet and very pleasant. Only thing is that they need to update the A/C unit on the rooms. They’re kind of loud. "

"Affordable place but dated and needs updates. Alarm clock flashed and wouldn’t allow a reset. Pillows were not comfortable. Bath tub was not clean, or gave the appearance that it was not. It’s an old property, so only so much they can do, but still opportunity to make it a bit more current. Overall good value for the money. "

"It was an amazing place to stay. The showers are my favorite part of the stay. The only issue we had is the cost. Everything you do or eat costs so much, but overall it is a great place to unwind and relax."

"This hotel was clean and spacious. The staff seem dedicated and helpful. The hotel seemed bright and smelled fresh. I loved also that it’s walking distance from downtown.The only downside to our stay was the breakfast options was limited, it was only sausage and eggs patty. The sausage patty was hard and the some of the fried egg patty was fried so hard it feel like a piece of sponge."

"The history of the Inn makes it unique. We have wanted to stay here for years but just never did. We definitely will stay again. Our room was an older room and small, but fine for my wife and I. The breakfast was great and staff was as well. The location is perfect for walking downtown. During by the fireplace and reading, talking, and watching the snow fall was great. Free hot chocolate, cider, and coffee is a bonus also. We love Gatlinburg. "

"This place is awesome. great accommodations with many amenities including golf. the cabin was well equipped with a hot tub on the deck, grill, and table for dinning and hanging outside. The condo unit was just as nice with lockout units for more space. BUT MOST OF ALL IS THE ATTENTIVENESS AND SERVING WITH PLEASURE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF. BETH, AMY, DIANA, STACY WERE WONDERFUL AND HELPED US TRHOUGH OUR TRYING TIMES OF TRAVEL WITH FIGHT CANCELLATIONS AND MAKING SURE OUR RESERVATIONS WEREN'T...

"I was only in Gatlinburg for the night, but this location was perfect to the downtown shopping area, the hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Ample parking and easy in and out. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at Springdale the weekend after Christmas when visiting family. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. Wonderful stay and nice perks in rooms!"
