"Expedia should remove this accommodation immediately. I am an Aussie and have travelled all over Europe and the world staying in hundreds of different hotels. However, unfortunately this hotel/apartment is by far the worst place I have ever had the pleasure (not) to stay in and so I have to comment. So here we go….there was no hot water when we arrived in the evening. There were used towels still in the bathroom (there were clean ones on the bed), the floor and apartment were filthy. "Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The first room were given on arrival late at night was terrible. It was damp and full of flies. We insisted on a move and this was arranged. That room (612) should not be given to guests! The hotel is not a five star, especially when compared to the standard you get in the far / middle east, US, and other parts of Europe. The staff were very friendly, helpful and tried their best. A few simple changes would make a stay better - eg a golf buggy type of transport...

"Beautiful property! Peaceful feeling. Breakfast and Dinner included. Food was amazing. Service was great. The staff was amazing and fun! Only down side was many of the amenities in the kitchen area did not work. For example the tea kettle didn't work and the fridge shut off when the key was removed for the electric. "
