"Expedia should remove this accommodation immediately. I am an Aussie and have travelled all over Europe and the world staying in hundreds of different hotels. However, unfortunately this hotel/apartment is by far the worst place I have ever had the pleasure (not) to stay in and so I have to comment. So here we go….there was no hot water when we arrived in the evening. There were used towels still in the bathroom (there were clean ones on the bed), the floor and apartment were filthy. "This is a special, peaceful and relaxing place. Vasily is an attentive host and gave us plenty of great recommendations for places to visit locally. He was proud to share his Cretan history and eco-farming techniques with us. We thoroughly recommend his farm tour. We ate our breakfast and evening meals at Dalabelos, enjoying the home grown and locally sourced food, beautifully prepared by Maria. Overall, this is a lovely spot for people looking for a peaceful and restorative place to stay...

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The first room were given on arrival late at night was terrible. It was damp and full of flies. We insisted on a move and this was arranged. That room (612) should not be given to guests! The hotel is not a five star, especially when compared to the standard you get in the far / middle east, US, and other parts of Europe. The staff were very friendly, helpful and tried their best. A few simple changes would make a stay better - eg a golf buggy type of transport...

"Everything is amazing in the hotel it is very suitable for families there is good service and great food, everywhere you go in the hotel the staff are very understanding and kind. The only thing is that there could be more air conditioning as in the room it is quite hot. We had a great time we recommend it to anyone"

"The bays for swimming and relaxing are great. It could however do with a few more sun shades and sunbeds by these bays. I also dislike the towels being left on sunbeds early in the morning - and the people not turning up until midday. "
