There was supposed to be a FOB for entry but it was not in the kitchen binder as stated. I text the management and they never responded. I text them again an hour later and they respond that if it was not in the red binder they would have to reach out to the HOA to get a key. I asked when that would be and how do I get in now and never received any...

"The stay was just as advertised! Clean, stocked and on a lower level. Walking in we just said "Wow" We came for our daughters wedding, and had the Grand kids over for (1) night & next afternoon. "There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great."

A couple notes I’d suggest to add to arrival instructions to make it easier on the guests… when you arrive the GPS will likely lead you the exit of the Snow Summit parking lot which has a sign saying Do Not Enter. "Before we even left for Big Bear, the properties manager let me know the condo would be available early. She was in constant contact over the weekend for any questions. This property has ample parking and is only 2 blocks from the Village. So nice to be able to walk home after a nice dinner. This is a must stay condo in Big Bear - we hope to be back."

"We found this within 2wks of our trip to Big Bear. We were planning to do Spartan Races at Snow Summit and this was really close. Worked out perfect, as we were able to walk out the front door of the unit and walk about .25mile to the venue. No need to deal with parking or anything and the unit came with (2) parking places. Not a high-end place, but worked for our needs and certainly was worth the money. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall nice stay. It's unfortunate that there are no elevators for the elderly but we made it work and they accommodated my request to be on the 3rd floor (my dad needed the walk). Also, very cool that the staff made some snacks for the guests. You are able to hear some noises (didn't lose my sleep) which was weird since we were on the 3rd floor so idk if it was coming from downstairs or the trees. Would stay here again. "
